Understanding tickets
Early Bird is valid until the end of August 2025.
From September 2025, the Regular ticket will cost 350 Eur and the Student/NGO ticket 250 Eur.

Albanian Ticket
This ticket is available free of charge for residents of Albania.
Includes:
– Access to all conference sessions (Tuesday to Thursday)
– Welcome Reception (Monday evening)
– Social Evening (Wednesday evening)
Note: The Albanian ticket does not include coffee/lunch or the conference dinner. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased separately.
One Day Ticket
Full conference ticket – for all types includes:
Pre-conference workshops (Monday)
All conference sessions (Tuesday to Thursday)
Coffee and lunches on conference days (Tuesday to Thursday)
Welcome Reception (Monday evening)
Conference Dinner (Tuesday evening)
Social evening (Wednesday evening)
One-day ticket includes:
Pre-conference workshops (Monday)
All conference sessions on the chosen day
Coffee and lunch on the chosen day
Welcome Reception (Monday evening)
Conference Dinner
One-day ticket holders can purchase a ticket to the conference dinner.
Additional conference dinner tickets can also be purchased for non-attendees/partners.

Students must present documentation proving their student status.
Please note that the accuracy of the information provided under registration type will be verified, and in the event of non-compliance, the registration will be rejected.

Payment
By Debit/Credit card
The preferred method of payment is payment by card online via our secure payment gateway.
In the unlikely event of a rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to return to his/her registration online and try to process the payment again. Should the payment issue persist, the participant is advised to contact the card issuer/bank first to check for any potential block on the online transaction. If the issue persists please contact the secretariat.
Payment policy
Registration and full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the conference events.

Final Invoice
The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering
Registration Cancellation Conditions
Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
– Receipt of written cancellation until 13 September (inclusive): 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.
– Receipt of written cancellation after 13 September: No refund of registration fee will be granted.
All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference secretariat via e-mail: tirana@walk21.com
Insurance
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
