Tom Dhollander has been director of the Pedestrian Movement since 2003, defending pedestrian rights in Dutch-speaking Belgium. As a landscape architect, traffic expert, and urban planner, he has led numerous impactful projects such as the Octopus Plan for safer school environments and mobility hubs.
