Eva Grigoriadou is the founding director of URBANA. She earned her Architecture degree from the Technical University of Crete (TUC) and later completed a postgraduate program in International Cooperation and Sustainable Emergency Architecture at the International University of Catalonia (UIC). Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate at the Technical University of Crete, where her research centers on gender-sensitive urban planning, inclusive urban design practices, and participatory methodologies. Her involvement in European and national research and educational programs that promote innovative, sustainable, and inclusive approaches to urban design remains an ongoing area of activity.
