Azeb Tesfaye is an expert in urban design and sustainable mobility, with research experience on African mobility, active travel, and inclusive transport. She led a research center at Mekelle University and is now a Research Associate in Cycling and Sustainable Mobility at the University of Kassel, with an international research experiences in Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Namibia, and Germany.
