Tom is a Portfolio Manager at the City of London Corporation, overseeing transport and public realm projects emerging through the planning system and responsible for two Healthy Neighbourhood Plans. Tom has over 18 years’ experience in project management and transport planning at the City, delivering numerous projects that have contributed to enhancing the public realm in the Square Mile.
