highly skilled in project management, public procurement, capacity development, and stakeholder engagement. Arben has been part of Helvetas since 2007 and currently serves as the Component Manager for Waste Management in the Bashki te Forta project, a project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Swedish Government (Embassy of Sweden in Tirana), and implemented by Helvetas.
