Atsani is a philanthropist, acting as the Director of Child and Youth Health for the FIA Foundation based in London and the lead for the Child Health Initiative. He has previously worked with the International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC) in Geneva, Switzerland, and was the Lead for VicRoads International, the road authority for the State Government of Victoria in Australia.
