As strategic advisor at the Dutch firm Mobycon, she connects the Dutch and German worlds of active mobility. Based in Berlin, her work focuses on active travel incl. walking and cycling, road safety and inclusive environments. Before joining Mobycon, Dagmar lead the German Cycling Academy at Difu in Berlin and worked for the European city network POLIS in Brussels.
