Eneida graduated in Eng. Geodesy at the Faculty of Engineering in Tirana and returned after 12 years to Roskovec with the clear goal of contributing to her hometown first as a moral obligation. She started as a project designer at the design sector in the Roskovec Municipality, and from 2022-today, as director of Planning and Development of Territory, Environment and Property.
