Gledian Llatja, born March 31, 1981, is Mayor of Elbasan, serving his second mandate. A law graduate and licensed lawyer, he holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Finance degree. He has held senior roles in government, served as Prefect, and participated in electoral reform. He is fluent in English and Italian.
