Görsev Argın Uz is an Istanbul-based urban planner and designer passionate about walking. Her Ph.D. explored the impact of smartphones on walking and public space design. She leads the Local Government Academy at Marmara Municipalities Union and directs Reclaiming Streets—a practice-based learning program that supports cities in transforming streets into child- and climate-friendly public spaces.
