About Me:
After three decades of my career in the public transport sector, I continue to be captivated by the potential to enhance customer experiences, as I was when I embarked on my initial design project in 1989. It remains a privilege to have collaborated with some of the most prominent service and original equipment providers, often adapting and developing existing products, accessories, apparel, and services to meet the evolving objectives and travel patterns of our communities, particularly during these challenging times. By employing rational and well-informed design briefs, we can ensure that we provide the most exceptional experiences and contribute to the overall well-being of our passengers, genuinely aligning with our aspirations for urban freedom.
Throughout my tenure at Transport for London, as a product design consultant, contractor, and subsequently as Design Manager, I have engaged in effective communication and promotion of ideas from board level to specialist discipline team colleagues and OEM factory floors. My ability to readily adjust language and style to address a diverse range of stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, councillors, and the public, has undoubtedly shaped my design journey and enabled me to deliver exceptional returns through engaging design.
Presently employed by GIZ supporting the Albanian Ministry of Infrastructure & Energy and the Municipality of Tirana to improve technical capacities for sustainable urban mobility measures by public transport in Tirana.
