Joni is a dad, architect, planner, knowledge-seeker and all-around urban enthusiast. He is focused on building Layer, an urban orchestration platform that enables cities to plan, design, manage and govern urban environments. He has previously served as the GD of Urban Planning for Tirana & the director of Atelier Albania. He consults on urbanism & planning for various multilateral institutions.
