Sophia Schuff is a Director at Gehl, a global urban design and strategy practice based in Copenhagen. An urban anthropologist, she specializes in health, equity, and community-centered design, leading Gehl’s Philanthropy portfolio and guiding partnerships with Foundations to shape healthier, more sustainable cities. Her work advances food systems, place identity, community wellbeing, and early childhood development through innovative methodologies and actionable strategies. With expertise in capacity building and process facilitation, Sophia supports systems change by working alongside communities and mission-driven organizations. She also lectures at universities and regularly keynotes on urban health and transformation.
